Ursula Burns is the chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of Xerox. She has spent her entire career at Xerox, starting as an intern in 1980. She was raised by her single mother in a housing project on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. She later went on to earn a master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Columbia University.
